Meet Newgen Building
I’m Karl, the person behind Newgen. We’re based in Gorokan and work with homeowners across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle. I’ll talk through what you want from the space, explain the practical options and make the proposed scope clear before you decide to go ahead.
Local people. Carefully finished work.
From decks and recladding to bathroom renovations and interior improvements, we take time to understand what you want from your home. We’ll discuss the scope and explain the proposed work clearly before you decide to go ahead.
Spaces that work for everyday life
A welcoming bathroom, a deck for entertaining or a refreshed exterior can make a real difference to how you enjoy your home. We help you explore practical layouts, materials and finishes that suit your space and budget.
“An absolute perfectionist”
