Newgen Building installs internal doors, jambs, skirting and architraves for new homes and renovations across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and Maitland. We work with builders and homeowners to prepare interiors for painting and the final finishing stages.

Internal doors and jambs

Our fixout packages can include fitting door jambs, hanging internal doors, routing hinges into doors and jambs, and preparing handle cut-outs to the selected hardware specifications. We confirm door sizes, thicknesses, profiles and site conditions before quoting.

Skirting and architraves

We install skirting and door architraves with attention to joints, corners and consistent margins. Window architraves, replacement trims and other finishing details can be quoted where required. Send the plans, room layout and preferred trim profiles so we can assess quantities and scope.

Fit-off quoted to your selected items

Door handles, stops and bathroom accessories depend on the chosen products and fixing requirements. These items are included only when specified in the quote. Providing the hardware schedule early helps us allow for installation accurately and plan any return visit.

Practical planning for your site

We consider access, stairs, material handling, cutting space and the sequence of other trades. Tell us whether you need labour only or supply and installation, whether the home is occupied, and when painting is scheduled.
