Framing and structural carpentry

Discuss wall framing, floor and roof framing, framing alterations, straightening and preparation for linings. We quote from the available plans and specifications, with the required connections, access and sequence of work considered before starting.

Lock-up carpentry packages

Packages can include window and external door installation, external cladding, eaves, soffits, fascias and associated timber work. Each quote identifies the included items, materials and responsibilities so the package matches your project.

Clear scope for builders and homeowners

Send your plans, site suburb, current stage and preferred timing. Let us know whether you need labour only or supply and installation. We review site access, scaffold requirements, deliveries and the work of other trades when preparing the quote.

Structural changes are assessed against the project drawings and any required engineering. Engineering, approvals and specialist trades are only included where expressly stated in the quote.
